Alejandra was our first employee, and has been with Better Off Home Buyers since 2018. She started as our driver, identifying distressed properties to buy, as well as administrative assistant. She eventually worked her way up to project manager, where she now manages the house flipping and renovation projects from A-Z.
Fluent in English and Spanish, she is great at getting the best out of our diverse team of contractors, which results in them turning in their best efforts with great attention to detail on every job. She also selects all of the finishes and interior design on our projects.
When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with our kids and playdates with other moms.
